AI Operational Integrity Management Architecture

Modern enterprise AI systems share a common architectural pattern: a statistical core wrapped in a deterministic envelope of guardrails, rules, and compliance checks. This series examines what happens to that architecture under pressure — when the operational environment changes, when the envelope becomes a liability rather than a safeguard, and when the system crosses from manageable complexity into emergent failure.
